Takashi Asada

Dr Takashi Asada

Professor, Institute for Frontier Life and Medical Sciences, Kyoto University

Dr. Asada has been engaged as research scientist in Fujisawa Pharmaceutical Company over 25 years (1979-2005). He has been to Fujisawa Institute for Neuroscience in Edinburgh (FINE) as senior scientist in Edinburgh Scotland (1998-2000). Then, he moved to Foundation for Biomedical Research and Innovation (FBRI) in Kobe to performing global network support for Kansai Biomedical Cluster including Kobe, Osaka and Kyoto area as Life Science Ambassador, Kobe-Kansai Region, Japan collaboration with Medicon Valley Alliance (MVA) in Denmark (2007-2011).

Now he is Professor in Institute for Frontier Life and Medical Sciences, Kyoto University to support global network, business support, and act as Project Manager for Japanese Government supported regenerative medicine projects (2011-Present).
